Business Valuation Explained: An introduction to business valuation
Almost invariably, business owners want to know what their businesses are worth--in other words, what their business valuation is. Unfortunately, the business valuation question isn't necessarily easy to answer. A good, reliable business valuation depends on many factors--not the least of which is the actual business valuation method used. (There are at least three common business valuation approaches that sellers, buyers, business brokers, and business valuation experts use.)
